Performance Improvement Manager

Position Description:

To provide leadership, guidance, regulatory compliance and support for all utilization review activities, clinical education and orientation, performance improvement (PI), policies and procedures, survey (any state, federal or external accreditation) preparedness and clinical workforce competencies. To oversee all Home Care performance initiatives and activities.


Registered Nurse with a current PA Registered Nurse License. Minimum of 3-5 years of management and performance improvement experience preferred. Proven ability to work within an interdisciplinary setting. Complies with and promotes accepted professional standards and best practices. Has demonstrated critical thinking ability, problem-solving skills in an interdisciplinary setting. Has effective communication skills.
