Community Nurses, Inc. (CNI), a regional leader in home health care, is seeking a dynamic individual with a drive for excellence to fill the position of President/CEO. The CEO is responsible for developing and administering the programs, services and business operations of CNI and its two subsidiary companies. QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualified candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in nursing, health or business administration, or social or behavioral science. A minimum of three years of full time home health care supervisory experience is required with a strong health care background desired. Ability to utilize leadership skills such as creating a shared vision,  managing change, working collaboratively within a health care system, and networking with health care resources on a local, regional, state and federal level to promote the home health care mission. The Marketing Representative will represent our agency at community and public educational events; will travel to outlying areas on a regular basis to market services provided by the organization to physicians, hospitals, long term care facilities etc., in order to expand the organization’s referral base and promote the organization’s image; will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data on established and potential referral areas and sources; will be responsible for identifying trends and patterns and adjusting marketing strategy accordingly.

Requirements:
• Candidate will have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Marketing, Public Relations or related field.
• Previous experience in marketing to physicians and/or healthcare organizations is strongly preferred. R.N. is highly desirable.
• Strong public speaking skills and presentation skills.
• Current PA Drivers License and reliable transportation.
• Extensive travel required.
